You can easily start by visiting our “Request a Quote” page. Simply fill out the form with your project specifications, upload your files, and our team will get back to you with a detailed custom quote. Once you approve the quote and any necessary proofs, we’ll begin production.

We primarily prefer high-resolution PDF files with embedded fonts and outlined text for optimal printing. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign (.indd), high-resolution JPEG, TIFF, and PNG files. Please ensure all images are 300 dpi and include a bleed of at least 0.125 inches (3mm) on all sides where content extends to the edge.

Turnaround times vary significantly depending on the complexity of the project, quantity, and selected materials/binding options. An estimated turnaround time will be provided with your custom quote. Production typically begins after final proof approval and full payment. If you have an urgent deadline, please inquire about our express service options.

We take great pride in our quality control. However, it is crucial that you carefully review all digital proofs provided before giving final approval. If an error is present in the final product that was not present in the approved proof, we will happily investigate and work to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting or a credit. If the error was present in the approved proof, the responsibility lies with the client. Claims must be made within [e.g., 3 business days] of receiving your order.

We offer a comprehensive range of binding solutions to suit various needs, including:
Coil/Spiral Binding: Durable plastic coils, perfect for presentations and manuals that need to lay flat.
Wire-O Binding: Metal coils, giving a more professional and robust finish, also allowing pages to lay flat.
Perfect Binding: A clean, professional paperback-style binding for books, magazines, and thicker reports.
Saddle-Stitch Binding: Ideal for booklets, brochures, and thinner publications using staples.
Hardcover Binding: For premium books, thesis projects, and archival documents.
* We also offer custom binding solutions to meet unique project requirements.

While we strive for the highest color accuracy, an exact match between screen and print is generally not guaranteed. Computer monitors display colors using RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light, while printing uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) ink. Factors like monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and paper stock can also influence color perception. For projects where precise color matching is critical, we recommend discussing a physical press proof or color match proof, which may incur additional costs.

Yes, we can assist! Our team can provide minor adjustments to make your files print-ready, often included as part of our service.
